Feature Names

SD Quads includes the
entire GNIS database for your purchased State. The GNIS database
contains thousands of features. SD Quads lets you search for a
place or feature name. You can then flip through the matching
records, one at a time. Once you've found the feature you're
looking for, simply click the GO button and the map containing that
feature (from anywhere in the State) is loaded automatically from the SD
card! You can even select which scale map to show, before hitting
the GO button.

This screen also allows
you to load a map simply based on a latitude and longitude. Enter
the lat/long either in decimal degrees or Degrees Minutes Seconds,
select the map scale you need and hit GO! The map is loaded and
the location is centered on the map.
